We're experiencing an overwhelming demand for our chocolates leading up to the Christmas period. We want to take a moment to update all of our wonderful stockists on our Christmas cut-off dates and order processing times. All orders placed prior to our 6th November cut-off will be prioritised and lovingly delivered ahead of Christmas.
Our team will be endeavouring to produce and dispatch chocolates for all orders placed between 7th-27th November as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after the 27th November will not be processed prior to the New Year.
We understand there may be some disappointment and inconvenience, and we appreciate everybody's understanding and patience. Our chocolates are lovingly hand-made by our passionate team, who are working extended hours to help satisfy order requirements right through until Christmas.
Please also know that we are taking a brief pause from December 22nd, and the factory will reopen for production from Monday 8th January.
